Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort, Dubai

I had a pleasant stay with a few highs and lows. The hotel boasts a fantastic location right near the beach and The Walk, which was a great plus. The rooms were spacious but had an unpleasant damp smell, requiring a bit of management intervention. Service was commendable overall, with attentive staff, although we did face a bit of a wait at check-in. Dining options were very good with a delightful dinner buffet. The facilities like the pool could use some improvement, especially since they felt a bit cramped.

I had a fantastic first experience at this hotel, highlighted by the amazing service from Sherin at the food truck, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The food was delicious, especially the homemade nachos and guacamole. However, my later experiences with restaurant service were disappointing, and one staff member was particularly rude, which overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the great location, which is perfect for exploring the area, and I plan to return soon.
